Setting up for POP access
For when a customer REALLY wants to use POP, here's some steps that need to be taken.
These steps will need to be done on the webmail page. Preferably using a computer.
- Go to the webmail client . (https://mail.epbfi.com)
- At the top grey bar, choose Preferences.
- On the left side, click Mail.
- Scroll down to the very end.
- Check the box to Leave incoming Deleted messages in the Inbox.
- Other options in here are up to the customer.
- Click Save at the top.
